We are looking for: Fundraising Officer (70 to 80 %)

ADES (www.ades-solaire.org) is a medium-sized NGO founded in Switzerland in 2001 that works to protect the forest in Madagascar. We produce solar and energy-saving cookers and promote the use of renewable energies. The cookers are manufactured in Madagascar and sold at an affordable, subsidised price. We also invest in education and run reforestation projects. ADES has a loyal network of donors who have supported us for many years, is showing pleasingly strong growth and now employs five people in Mettmenstetten and over 200 people in Madagascar.If you are motivated to put your heart and soul into this worthwhile cause, then we are looking for you! Due to the retirement of the current holder of the position, you will take over the position as an innovative, team-oriented and communicative personality with life experience and cultivated manners as of 1 August or by arrangement.
Fundraising Officer D / E / F 70-80% (Home office possible)
In this contact-rich and varied hub function, you will be responsible for researching and acquiring donors to fund the projects, further developing "institutional fundraising" and independently supervising fundraising activities to achieve the budget and income targets with charisma, negotiating skills and persuasiveness. You write project proposals, update documents and reports, look after existing donors and expand the portfolio by winning new ones. You will manage the Sales Force CRM system and assist with thank-you ceremonies and stand promotions.Ideally, you have a university degree, several years of professional experience in fundraising, stylistically confident German and proficient MS Office user skills. You are independent, quality-conscious, goal-oriented and flexible. A good command of French (English would be an advantage) facilitates your contact with staff abroad and international organisations.
