ADES is an NGO founded in Switzerland in 2001, which is committed to the protection of forests in Madagascar.

In order to strengthen our team in Switzerland, which consists of six colleagues, we are looking for a person who would like to make a significant investment with all their skills (and their heart). Votre mission

The mission of this function is to ensure the interface between production in Madagascar, the office and the association's board of directors. We are looking for a "sparring partner" for these issues, someone who can also benefit from their network of training institutions, help with the acquisition of investments and, last but not least, ensure that the knowledge is transferred in a sustainable manner.

Profile requis

• Advanced technical training (HES) with specialisation in the field of mechanical engineering or process technology
• Training in management or equivalent experience
• Management of quality
• Maîtrise du français et de l'allemand ; la connaissance de l'anglais ou du malgache est un atout
• Capacité de compréhension rapide
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Personnalité motivée et empathique
• Compétences interculturelles
• Diversity: something that is not yet present in a pronounced way at ADES
• Autonomous work and concern for quality
